Please support my fundraising efforts for the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon—no donation is too small!🤍
I’m running in support of Bras for Girls, an organization dedicated to keeping girls in sport by providing properly fitting sports bras and education around breast health. Something as simple as not having the right support can be the reason girls drop out of athletics—and that’s a barrier we can actually fix.
As an Austin-based physical therapist specializing in sports and pelvic floor health, I work with athletes every day to help them move confidently and stay in the game. But I also see the gaps—how often girls and young women are pushed out of sport due to lack of resources, support, or conversations we’re still not having. Access to something as basic as a well-fitting sports bra shouldn’t be what stands between someone and the ability to run, play, or compete.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me bouncing between run clubs, chasing trails, and signing up for my next race before I’ve fully recovered from the last one. Running has given me so much—community, confidence, and a deep appreciation for what our bodies can do.
That’s why this matters to me. If running (or sport in any form) has ever made you feel strong, this is your chance to help pass that feeling on to the next generation.
Thank you for being part of it 🤍
