We are thrilled to be an Official Charity Partner of the 2026 TCS NYC Marathon for its fifth year in a row! On November 1st, 2026, Team FPHNYC will join over 60,000 runners from across the world for this iconic race through all five boroughs!

Chronic diseases, such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Cancer, are a leading cause of death in NYC -- more than 30,000 New Yorkers of any age died from these conditions. The toll is especially high on communities of color and New Yorkers with low incomes.  

The Fund for Public Health in NYC (FPHNYC) is the dedicated nonprofit partner of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (the Health Department). We make it possible for companies, foundations, and individuals to support the Health Department’s work serving 8.5 million New Yorkers. Your support will help expand New Yorkers’ access to primary care and health screenings, affordable and nutritious foods, mental health support and other needed services.
