Remember when you were a kid? The joy of running around and playing with friends at school and in the neighborhood, the games and adventures, and the way you felt relaxed and accomplished when you came indoors? Non-profit GROW Healthy Kids helps youth and teens from low-resource communities experience just that!

Founded in 2015, GROW Healthy Kids is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children by increasing opportunities for physical activity and healthy living. We achieve this by fostering positive relationships between high-need youth and trusted adults in their communities.

Our vision is to develop the healthiest children by supporting grassroots wellness initiatives. GROW is driven by our core values: Collaboration, Health, Inclusion, Leadership, and Devotion.

Our Program Initiatives Include:

• GROW Steps: Distributing new shoes to public school children in need.
• GROW Recess: Providing public school teachers at low-resource schools with recess toys to promote physically active recess periods.
• GROW Run: Supporting volunteer-led running programs in public schools.
• GROW Trust: Deploying new sports balls to law enforcement agencies to inspire positive interactions between Central Florida cops and kids.
