Izzie and Will couldn’t be more excited to run the New York City Marathon with Release Recovery Foundation! In August 2025, Will made the brave decision to step away from college and seek treatment for alcoholism. Over the following months, he received care at New Mind Wellness, where an incredible team of professionals helped guide him toward sobriety and recovery. The reality is that treatment is expensive. Many 30-day rehab programs can cost upwards of $50,000. Our family was fortunate to have insurance that helped cover those costs, but that’s not the reality for so many people who want help. That’s why Release Recovery’s mission means so much to us. Their work focuses on providing scholarships and resources to people seeking treatment and recovery support that may otherwise be out of reach.
