Training Update!
Good morning all - wanted to give an update while I am now 17 days out from the marathon.
Training has been going very well once the weather in Texas has finally dropped, and currently in the 'taper' stage of training. Last 3 weeks have been 45, 32, and 45 miles total (with two days of that being 20 miles that day), I am definitely tired BUT glad that we're getting near the end here and looking forward to Nov 1st!
-Ryan
