This November, I’ll be running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon (my first EVER 42K!!!) in support of Team for Kids, which provides free running and fitness programs to children of all abilities—helping them build confidence, motivation, and a lifelong love of being active.
I first learned about Team for Kids last year, around the same time my daughter Mia—who has USP9X syndrome, a rare genetic condition that delayed her motor development—took her first independent steps at age 4. Mia has inspired me to run for kids like her: children who, no matter their challenges, can grow to be strong, happy, and active.
I hope you’ll join me in supporting this cause. In today’s climate of funding cuts, programs like these are needed more than ever. Absolutely ANY donation, big or small, will matter.❤️
Thanks so much, and wish me luck!
