A MESSAGE FROM Patrick Morrison
Hello! I'm Patrick, and I’m running the New York City Marathon in support of The Sports Museum and their Boston vs. Bullies program. For over 40 years, the museum has used sports as a platform to educate and inspire, and Boston vs. Bullies is a direct extension of that impact.
The program brings professional athletes’ real-life experiences into the classroom to help students understand how to handle adversity, stand up to bullying, and support one another. It’s not just about sports, it’s about building confidence, accountability, and respect at an early age, reaching more than 35,000 students each year.
As someone who grew up around sports and saw firsthand how those lessons carry over into everyday life, this mission hits home. Getting the opportunity to run in New York for a cause like this makes the experience even more meaningful. Every mile I run carries more purpose knowing it’s helping expand a program that’s making a real difference. I truly appreciate any support.
