I’m proud to be running in support of Access Psychology Foundation (APF), a nonprofit expanding access to quality mental health care for kids and young adults and working to diversify the mental health field. This a cause very close to my heart as someone whose life was significantly improved by access to incredible mental health care in my youth.
If you’re able to support, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every dollar goes toward APF’s work: bringing therapy and education into schools and underserved communities, and training the next generation of diverse, compassionate psychologists.
Training for this marathon has challenged me in every way — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m terrified of this endeavor but so excited to be running my first marathon for a cause that means to much to me and doing it with the support of my community (that’s you!).
If you’re able to donate, I’d be incredibly grateful. Thank you for supporting me, APF, and a future where mental health care is available to everyone who needs it.
