I'm super excited to be running the 2025 New York Marathon supporting Team for Kids! I swore I'd never run a marathon, then I met Monica and she told me she'd buy a bike if I ran a marathon - so I ran the 2022 San Francisco Marathon. She still doesn't have a bike. I watched her run the 2024 New York Marathon, have dreams of breaking 3 hours before I get too old, and immediately signed up to run next year. Your donations go towards supporting NY RoadRunners programs for kids - so that they may one day provide other folks who never thought they'd be running marathons with this wonderful outlet. I really found running after losing a close friend in his early 30's in October 2020. It's its own kind of therapy, and has been incredibly helpful for me in the years since. I'll be running New York for Jefe, as I ran San Francisco for him in 2022.
