A MESSAGE FROM Howard's Running for Equality in NYC
My daughter Emily has been an inspiration to me since she was a small child. She has grown into a strong woman who fights against injustice wherever she sees it. Emily majored in Law, Societies, and Justice as an undergraduate and advocated for incarcerated and accused individuals during her time in law school. I couldn't be prouder of her. This is why I decided to run and raise money for the Urban Justice Center in her newly adopted home of New York City. I appreciate and thank you for supporting my efforts on #TeamUJC.
For the Urban Justice Center to achieve its mission, they depend on the generous support of individuals like you. I am grateful for the work they do and for your generosity. You can take great pride in the important difference your gift makes. The Urban Justice Center is a registered nonprofit, making your gift 100% tax-deductible (EIN: 13-3442022). Contributions like yours allow the UJC to expand mental health services, provide larger social safety nets for vulnerable New Yorkers, fight against mass incarceration, and more. If you have any questions regarding your gift, please don't hesitate to reach out to: development@urbanjustice.org.
I sincerely want to thank you for investing in vulnerable New Yorkers by supporting my run with the Urban Justice Center.
