I am running the 2025 New York City Marathon with Tell Every Amazing Lady® in memory of my great-grandmother who passed away from ovarian cancer as well as my grandmother who had ovarian cancer in the late 1980's. My grandma's cancer was found incidentally on diagnostic imaging and given early detection, she was able to achieve remission with surgery. She lived until 2022 when she passed away at the age of 88. Our family is so thankful for all of the time we were able to spend with her. Additionally, I am an advocate for women’s health and awareness of ovarian cancer as a nurse practitioner and new mom. I am very honored to be a part of Team Tell Every Amazing Lady® and help raise critical funds for research in order to find a screening test and cure for ovarian cancer.
My goal is to raise $4,000 by September 2025 and $5,000 by October 2025 in support of the exceptional work being done by Tell Every Amazing Lady® in education, outreach, and advocacy as these are essential in promoting an improved quality of life for individuals with ovarian cancer. Please share this link with anyone who may like to donate and also remember to ask your employer if they offer matching gifts.
