On March 16, 2025, I will be proudly running for the 4th time as part of Team ICRF in the United Airlines New York City Half Marathon to raise money for groundbreaking cancer research conducted by the best and brightest scientists at institutions throughout Israel. Last year, you helped me raise over $8,500! So this year, my ambitious fundraising goal is $9,000, and I hope I can count on you again to join me in supporting this lifesaving mission. As I said in a speech I gave this past October at the ICRF's annual gala, "wearing the foundation’s motto “the answer to cancer is research” across my back as I race through the streets of New York City every March has been one of my greatest honors." To date, the Israel Cancer Research Fund has funded over 2,800 grants totaling more than $98 million to scientists at leading Israeli institutions. In the current funding year, ICRF is supporting 79 cancer research projects, making it the largest nongovernmental funder of cancer research in Israel.
