A MESSAGE FROM Claudia's Road to NYC with Tell Every Amazing Lady
I'm running the New York Marathon as part of an amazing team for Tell Every Amazing Lady® - a non profit organisation for a cause very close to my heart. I lost my mum in 2021 to Ovarian cancer and know all too well how little awareness there is out there for one of the harder to diagnose cancers, as symptoms are so easy to miss. As many know my personal journey with running has been so driven by the memory of my mum and my continued determination to prove that we can do hard things whilst being forever grateful for my health and strength. I'm so proud to be running for Tell Every Amazing Lady®, who offer women’s health and wellness services, including public awareness and education of the signs, symptoms and risk factors of ovarian cancer. They provide support to those impacted by the disease and raise critical funds for research in order to find a screening test and a cure. Let's go team!!
