A MESSAGE FROM 26.2 Miles for Opportunity
I’m taking on the New York City Marathon in support of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America), an organization that plays an important role in my own professional journey.
As a Latino working in management consulting at Deloitte, I’ve experienced firsthand both the opportunities available in our profession and the fact that Latino representation in consulting and business leadership still has significant room to grow. Organizations like ALPFA help create a sense of community, mentorship, and access that can make a meaningful difference for professionals navigating these environments.
Running 26.2 miles is a personal challenge, but this fundraiser is about something much bigger. It’s about helping create opportunities for the next generation of Latino leaders—whether they’re pursuing careers in consulting, technology, finance, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or beyond.
Your donation helps support ALPFA’s mission to develop Latino talent through scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, and career opportunities. Together, we can help ensure that more talented individuals have access to the networks and resources they need to succeed.
Thank you for supporting both my marathon journey and a cause that is deeply personal to me. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps move this mission forward.
