A MESSAGE FROM Justin Vetrano - Keegan's Crew
A few weeks after completing my first half marathon, dear friends from church, Karen and Craig, asked me if I would join Craig in running the NYC Half Marathon in memory of their son, Keegan. I am deeply honored to be part of KEEGAN'S CREW as we seek to raise money for an organization that is hard at work helping countless people and families who live with Epilepsy.
Training for this half has been tougher than the one I ran in September, as the winter months are cold and bring colds! However, I am determined to run this race for Keegan. For Karen, Craig, Harper and Carter. For Ashleigh and Allie. And the countless people with Epilepsy whom I have met in my years as a paramedic. As always, thank you to my family for encouraging me to do this and thank you to my inspiring wife, Neina, who ran the NYC Marathon for Keegan this past November.
