HOPE empowers New Yorkers to build sustainable
futures through comprehensive training, jobs, advancement and lifelong career
support.
HOPE students face serious barriers - criminal justice involvement, substance
abuse histories, chronic unemployment, difficult housing arrangements, and
more. HOPE works to ensure that its students have the skills to
succeed in today's workplace.
Importantly, the program has a proven track record: 73% of graduates are able to secure employment,
with nearly 93% able to reach the 90-day job retention milestone. Incredibly, 73% are still employed a year
later.
