Miguel Morales, a first-generation Mexican-American from New York City and a proud Baruch College graduate building my career in quantitative finance at Bank of America. I am running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with ALPFA NY to support a mission that has personally shaped my journey by creating opportunity, representation, and community for Latino professionals. As a native New Yorker I am someone who grew up around discipline, resilience, and hard work, this marathon represents more than 26.2 miles, as it's a way to give back and help open doors for the next generation.
