Running 26.2 Miles for New Destiny 🏃🏾‍♀️‍➡️

On November 1st, I'll be running the TCS New York City Marathon in support of New Destiny — an organization that has spent over 30 years creating safe, affordable homes for survivors of domestic violence.

I chose this charity deliberately. This cause is personal to me in ways I don't need to spell out. What I can tell you is that every mile I run will mean something — and I intend to run all 26.2 of them.

New Destiny does extraordinary work. Last year alone, they served more than 2,500 adults and children impacted by domestic violence — connecting survivors with emergency shelter, permanent affordable housing, and the legal and emotional support needed to rebuild safely. For many families, they are the difference between danger and a fresh start. 🏠✨

Every mile I run represents a family working toward stability — and a life they deserve. 

My goal is to raise $3,500 before race day. Every dollar goes directly to families who need it most.
