My name is Emily and I love being an athlete, running, hiking, and my German Shepards!

As you can see, I have been an athlete since a young age 😂⚾️

As a young girl, I developed earlier than others. I was embarrassed and wanted to quit sports. However, I continued to play, and have been an athlete all my life. My first sports bra changed everything!

Girls need sports bras and education about their bodies to create confident, healthy, athletic  women athletes!
