A MESSAGE FROM Andrew's NYC Marathon Fundraiser for the Brooklyn Free Clinic
This November, I will be running the NYC marathon and raising money on behalf of the Brooklyn Free Clinic (BFC). The Brooklyn Free Clinic is run by SUNY Downstate students who serve and provide free healthcare to the uninsured community in Brooklyn. I started volunteering with the BFC during my first year of medical school and will continue to do so throughout the remainder of my medical school experience. Without its funding, the BFC would not be able to serve as the lifeline it is for so many. Your donation will help provide supplies, screening services, and prescription drugs to the underserved community. All contributions are welcome – thank you for your consideration.
