Got it done. 16 miles in the rain. Felt pretty good!!! Feet hurt a little but ran through streets of NY. This weeks goals 5 for Tuesday, 10 for Wednesday, 5 for Thursday and 10 Friday and followed up with 18 on Sunday!!!! Hopefully good weather. I was soaked to the bone from last Sunday. Please donate and help me make my goal for the kids!!!!

Training
Hello all - I am doing well in training. Been hard at work to be ready to run the Marathon. I have a 16 mile run this Sunday, followed by an 18 mile run next Sunday. If anybody wants to join I run at the Hamburg trail early Sunday Morning. Please remember all the young children when you donate. The money goes directly to them and they need all our help and prayers.
