A MESSAGE FROM Strides for Shaune!
I am running the 2026 United Airlines half marathon on March 15th in honor of my aunt and godmother, Shaune Bazner who passed from ovarian cancer in September 2023 after a graceful and powerful three year fight.  An artist, businesswoman, sister, mother and loving friend to many, movement was an outlet for Shaune, which has inspired me to build the same habits for myself. Despite pain and discomfort from her cancer and treatment, Shaune continued on her frequent walks, bike rides, swims and paddle boarding trips. Her sense of humor, talent and empathy are things I carry with me in her memory most today. 

Tell Every Amazing Lady® offers women’s health and wellness services, including public awareness and education of the signs, symptoms and risk factors of ovarian cancer, provide support to those impacted by the disease and raise critical funds for research in order to find a screening test and a cure.
