Hi friends, family, and acquaintances!
Happy to share that I will be running the 2022 TCS NYC
Marathon. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be running with the Running for Rare
Team, the National Organization for Rare Disorder’s (NORD), signature
charity running program.
As some background, NORD is a patient advocacy organization
dedicated to the identification, treatment, and cure of rare disorders and diseases
through programs of education, advocacy, research, and patient services. One disease
in particular - fibrosarcoma, a very rare soft-tissue malignant tumor – has impacted
both me and my family, and so this is my small part in the fight against it!
The goal is $5,000 but hopefully, we can surpass that to raise
awareness and research contributions for all rare diseases! Absolutely NO
donation is too small, and I would love your support in my fundraising efforts!
