A MESSAGE FROM Alyssa Alvarez NYC Marathon 2024
The Iris Fund was established in July 2017, in memory of Iris Crystal Aleman. The Iris Fund has three programmatic focuses; driving private funds to translational and innovation research in pregnancy, driving and supporting legislation for the stillbirth and preterm birth communities and providing support to our high risk and loss community. Specifically, the Fund supports those researchers determining what triggers full-term labor, to eventually end pre-term birth. These are answers all families deserve and the 400,000 babies born early every year in the United States desperately need.
After a great experience last year, I decided to give it one last go! Please help me support a great cause and organization, no donation is too small :)
