A MESSAGE FROM Esayas Wureta
This year, I’m running the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon—not just as a personal milestone, but in support of Learning Ally.
Because for millions of students with learning differences, reading isn’t just a skill—it’s a barrier.
And when reading is a barrier, so is confidence.
So is participation.
So is the belief that “this future is for me.”
That’s what makes this work urgent.
Learning Ally helps students access the tools and support they need to build literacy, confidence, and independence.
Not just to keep up—but to see what they’re capable of.
This isn’t just about reading.
It’s about access.
It’s about opportunity.
It’s about who gets to imagine—and pursue—their full potential.
And that’s what I’m running for.
Every mile is a reminder: progress doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens with the right support, one step at a time—until what once felt out of reach becomes possible.
If this resonates, I’d be grateful for your support.
No donation is too small.
Every contribution helps remove a barrier for a student.

Thank you for being part of this with me.
