A MESSAGE FROM Courtney Phillips
Help me raise money for Answer the Call, a foundation that supports the families of fallen NYC first responders!!

 I’m running the New York City Marathon in honor of my dad, Raymond Phillips (Gonzo) an FDNY firefighter who passed away eight years ago from a 9/11-related illness.

Growing up, I volunteered alongside him at Answer the Call fundraisers every year, which made this cause especially meaningful. His commitment to helping people inspired me to become a ICU nurse & running these 26.2 miles is my way of honoring his legacy and giving back to the families of first responders who have given everything.
