Hi everyone! This November I will be taking on an exciting challenge of running the New York City Marathon with Team Allied Services!

This will be my 11th full marathon, but it will be my very first time running the iconic New York City Marathon. I’ve always dreamed of experiencing the energy of the city, the crowds, and the incredible atmosphere of race day, and I’m so excited to finally make that dream a reality.

This race will be even more special because I’ll be running it alongside my husband and my dad. My dad is the one who first got me into running when I was 11 years old, and he’s been a huge inspiration throughout my journey as a runner. The 2026 NYC Marathon will also be his final marathon, which makes this experience together even more meaningful for our family.

Running a marathon is always a meaningful challenge, but running for a cause makes every mile even more powerful. Training for 26.2 miles takes dedication, but knowing that my effort can help support people facing far greater challenges gives this journey a deeper purpose.

I’m proud to be running with Team Allied Services, an organization that provides life-changing care and support for individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and complex medical needs. Through rehabilitation, therapy, and specialized programs, Allied Services helps people regain independence, build confidence, and improve their quality of life.

My fundraising goal is $3,500, and every dollar raised will go toward helping Allied Services continue providing critical care and support to those who need it most.
