A MESSAGE FROM Clare’s New York City Marathon Fundraising Page

Hi Everyone! 

I’m running my first marathon this year at the New York City Marathon on behalf of CF Cares. I’m running in honor of my Aunt Ann McCooe, who passed away from Cystic Fibrosis when she was 12, and my cousin Dawn McGuinness, who also passed from CF at 53. This is a cause that’s always been close to our family and one we’ve always supported through giving back to various CF foundations.

I’m super excited to be running my first marathon during my first year living full time in New York City after college, and getting to experience the race here feels really special.

If you’re able to donate, I’d really appreciate it. No amount is too small, and everything goes directly toward CF Cares and supporting families and research around cystic fibrosis.
