I am so grateful to have the opportunity to raise funds for a cause that I care so deeply about, and one that is so close to my heart. What makes this even more special is that I get to experience the adventure of running the NYC Marathon alongside my fiancé, who has paced me through every step, mile, and moment of our running journeys. Getting to train for and race NYC together is something that means the world to me, and I couldn’t be more excited to take on this challenge side by side!
Point of Pride provides gender-affirming care to transgender and gender-diverse people who may not otherwise have access to it. Being with my partner throughout every step of his transition has shown me how truly necessary and life-saving gender-affirming care is. Every donation helps remove barriers to healthcare and supports trans people in living safely and authentically.
