This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes for the New York City Marathon, running with a purpose that means a lot to me. I’m proud to be part of Team Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund, supporting the men and families behind one of our nation’s most elite military units.
Service has always been a big part of my family. My mom, perpa, aunt, uncle, nana, and many others have worn the uniform, but the biggest inspiration behind this run is my dad. He served 25 years in the U.S. Army, including multiple deployments overseas, beginning his career as Airborne. His dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our country are what drive me every mile of this race.
The Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund provides financial support beyond what the government and VA can offer to Rangers and their families especially those who have been wounded, lost in service, or are currently serving in harm’s way around the world.
My goal is to raise minimum $3,500 to support these heroes and their families. Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide real assistance to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.
If you’re able to contribute, I would be incredibly grateful. Together we can honor their service and make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for supporting this journey.
